  • NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

    To get started we would agree a scope of work and plan that sets out the business’ expectations of me.  I then engage straight away to start delivering immediate results for whatever are the critical issues facing the business at its current stage of growth and what it aspires to.

  • CHAIR OF THE BOARD

    In certain circumstances you may have a need for an independent chair to lead the board and set the agenda.
